Acceptance
By installing or using Kalendry you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
The service
Kalendry is a shared calendar available as an Android app and as a web app, with optional in-app paid features on Android. It is provided "as is" with no guarantees of uptime or fitness for any particular purpose.
Eligibility
You must be old enough to use the app store from which Kalendry was downloaded (typically at least 13 years old). If you are below the age of digital consent in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you add to your calendars and lists, and for who you invite to your calendars via the 6-digit code or QR code. Members you invite will be able to see and edit the shared content on that calendar. Do not use Kalendry to share illegal content, harass others, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Premium subscription
Kalendry Premium is a single yearly plan billed at $9.99/year through Google Play, available only on the Android app. The free tier is limited to 3 calendars; Premium removes that limit and removes ads. The web and iOS versions are always free and do not offer in-app purchases. You can cancel anytime in your Google Play subscriptions; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Google Play under their refund policy.
Advertising
The free version of the Android app displays ads served by Google AdMob. See our Privacy Policy for details on what AdMob may collect.
Account & data
Kalendry accounts are anonymous and tied to your device. You can generate a recovery key to restore your account on a new device — if you lose your device without saving the recovery key, we technically cannot restore access to your data, because there is no email or phone number to verify you against. See our Privacy Policy for what we store.
Termination
You can stop using Kalendry and delete your data at any time from Settings or via our Delete Data page. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kalendry and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the new terms.
